Factors affecting the work motivation of accountants in enterprises in Dong Nai province

ABSTRACT:

The study was conducted to measure the impact of these factors on the work motivation of accounting staff in Dong Nai province. Quantitative research was carried out by directly surveying 350 accountants of enterprises in Dong Nai province. The methods and tools used are descriptive statistics, scale test, EFA analysis, CFA test, SEM test using SPSS and AMOS software. Research results show that there are 7 factors including development and promotion opportunities, salary, bonus and welfare, superior relations, evaluation and recognition of achievements, working conditions, nature of work, and Peer system affects the working motivation of accountants in enterprises in Dong Nai province.
