Factors affecting the decision to choose accounting services of enterprises in Dong Nai province

Abstract: Accounting services are an increasingly popular service in the business environment of Vietnam when the number of new companies is increasing. The study was conducted to measure the extent of factors affecting the decision to choose accounting services of enterprises in Dong Nai province. Quantitative research was carried out by directly surveying 239 enterprises using accounting services in Dong Nai province. The methods and tools used are descriptive statistics, scale test, EFA analysis, CFA test, SEM test using AMOS software. The research results show that there are 7 factors including referrals, staff, professional qualifications, responsiveness, perceived benefits, prices, and image of service providers that affect the decision. deciding to choose accounting services of enterprises in Dong Nai province.
