    [FAIE: Marketing] Brand Management, CRM & Breakthrough Livestream

    In order to provide third-year Marketing students with deeper insights into brand management in the modern business environment, The Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University organized a knowledge-sharing program entitled “Brand Management, CRM & Breakthrough Livestream” on the afternoon of 17 March 2025 at Room A301.

    The program aimed to equip students with in-depth understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and their application in business strategies. At the same time, students explored the potential of livestreaming in boosting sales and enhancing brand awareness in the digital era.

    On behalf of The Faculty of Administration International Economics, the event was honored to welcome:

    • PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics

    • MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Vice Dean of The Faculty of Administration International Economics

    • MB Luu Ngoc Liem – Head of the Marketing Division

    On behalf of the guest speakers, the program was honored to welcome:

    • Ms. Francesca Sabatini – Journalist, Consultant, Founder of CMS Multimedia Trading and Service Company Limited

    • Mr. Phan Vinh Phuc – CEO of CMS Multimedia Trading and Service Company Limited

    Along with faculty managers, lecturers, and second- and third-year Marketing students who attended the program.

    The program was structured into three key content sections:

    Brand Management

    • Building and maintaining a strong brand image.

    • Effective communication and brand promotion strategies.

    CRM – Customer Relationship Management

    • Optimizing customer data to develop sustainable relationships.

    • Increasing customer value through CRM strategies.

    Breakthrough Livestream

    • Modern livestream trends and technologies.

    • Skills for attracting and retaining audiences during live broadcasts.

    The program not only delivered practical knowledge from industry experts but also helped students:

    • Enhance their ability to apply technology in marketing and brand management.

    • Understand how to apply CRM in practice to optimize customer data.

    • Access the latest digital marketing trends, particularly in livestreaming.

    • Orient their career paths and develop skills aligned with labor market demands.

    One of the most impressive aspects of the program was the interaction between the speakers and students. Numerous engaging questions were raised, and the speakers provided further insights and personal perspectives. This not only helped Marketing students gain a deeper understanding of the discussed topics but also created a friendly and open learning environment.

    The event concluded successfully, delivering significant value to students in enhancing their awareness of brand management, CRM application, and livestreaming in business.
