ABSTRACT:
Research aims to help the Government, ministries, branches, localities, and related businesses have a comprehensive view of the opportunities and challenges that Vietnam inherits and faces, from here on, it launches systematic cooperation policies and strategies, aiming to promote international economic integration in an effective and efficient manner. Vietnam also faces many difficulties and challenges posed by FTAs that need to be changed to make good use of opportunities and limit risks, especially in terms of competitiveness and completion. improving the legal framework as well as implementing commitments in new areas not covered by previous FTAs such as labor issues, trade unions, environment, challenges of ensuring political and social stability, create a stable environment for economic development.
