    Factors affecting the development of e-logistics services in dong nai province

    ABSTRACT

    The research was conducted with the aim of identifying and measuring factors affecting the development of e-logistics in Dong Nai province, in the context that the whole province is implementing innovation planning to promote development economic and social. The research method used is qualitative research combined with quantitative research. At the qualitative research stage, the author builds a theoretical basis and model for the research, then through discussion with experts, calibrates the scale to serve quantitative research. During the quantitative research phase, the author collected 218 valid survey samples for official analysis using SPSS 27.0 software. The results of the study show that there are five factors: legal system, infrastructure, logistics human resources, technology, and trade in goods, which have a significant influence on the development of e-logistics, the strongest influencing factor is the infrastructure factor. From the research results, the author proposes suggestions to improve the efficiency of local logistics activities through the development of e-logistics.
